Extremely unprofessional. They even got the property address on the transfer wrong.Lots of typo on documents for basic things like date of birth etc.

My lawyer was Dandi Zhao and her law clerk Nancy. I can close my transaction on time thanks to them! Even though I started my mortgage application early, but my mortgage was approved very late. Dandi and Nancy acted very quickly and put my case a priority when they received my mortgage documents. I thought I would not be able to close on time, but thanks to their effort I did!
I have used their services (property purchase & notary) several times. The team is very professional and attention to detail. Legal clauses were explained thoroughly during the signing and potential issues/consequences as well as the countermeasure were informed. Very satisfy with their services and highly recommended.
