I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy McGoldrick on the purchase and sale of my homes. Not only was it a smooth process but Cindy and her team made themselves available to answer all questions and handle our concerns, working around a schedule that was most convenient for us. She explained issues clearly and brought forth solutions to our concerns. Her team was expedient, responsive and detail oriented when dealing with us. Coupled with the excellent service, we felt that they went above and beyond to assure we were satisfied with the process – both during the sales process and weeks after. I have been using this law firm since 2011 and have bought and sold 6 properties and settled 1 estate with Cindy and Team. Nothing but excellent advice, and service each time. I highly recommend Cindy and her team and would not consider going to any other law firm for real estate or estate needs.
We hired this firm to close our house in 2005 at that time it was a power of sale so there was a lien against the house which we signed paperwork that all liens were removed against this house come 2024 we go to apply for loan there’s a lien against our house was never removed from when we first bought the house we contacted Cindy and it was about two months back-and-forth and not doing anything about it! We ended up having to hire and pay for another lawyer, who got it done in one week I am truly disappointed with this lawyer with the service they provided this was on them causes a lot of stress and at the end of the day didn’t take care of the problem that we signed paperwork on if you’re thinking about going with them, don’t do it horrible serviceIf I could give zero stars, I would if you’re thinking about it don’t bother just go get another lawyer that will actually get the job done that you’re paying for

Cindy McGoldrick and her team helped us through a very difficult challenge. The buyers of our home ran into a problem with their mortgage on the closing day and we needed those funds to help finance our new home on the same day. With a positive attitude, we communicated that the most important thing for us was to secure our new home. Tammy was able to present us with options and help with securing the new home for us. We were able to secure our new home, and people purchasing our old home were also able to secure a new mortgage and so it was a win-win situation for everyone.
