I recently purchased a new condo and required a real estate lawyer to help me with my closing. Cohen LLP was referred to me by my realtor and parents who had used them before and spoke very highly of Gary Wong and Michael Klein. So I decided to use their services.I was assigned Michael Klein as my lawyer and it was immediately clear to me after a few interactions that his customer service, professional service and level of knowledge was exceptional. Even when I switched lenders in the final days of closing, he was willing and fully able to accommodate me to ensure everything was in order and taken care of.
