Eastman Law Office

Eastman Law Office was opened in October 2008. Jeremiah Eastman is a registered lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario, the regulating body of lawyers in Ontario, Canada. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association – National Immigration Law Section, the Ontario Bar Association – Citizenship and Immigration Law Section and the Refugee Lawyers’ Association of Ontario. Jeremiah was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. He received his law degree from the University of Ottawa and his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from York University. Jeremiah’s practice focuses exclusively on Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship law. Before opening his own law office, Jeremiah was a litigation lawyer at the Department of Justice Canada, Immigration Law Section in Toronto for 11 years, where he argued many cases before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
