Tim is so knowledgeable, well present, never pressured client, and he handled all my cases through years. Updating my review now that time has passed. This is based on the fact that Timothy did reach out me when I posted the 1 star to get his attention....I think he has good intentions so I sure don't question that but in matters like the one I was involved in he could improve some things.I would suggest he create some documentation that deals with estates that can be provided when multiple executors are involved that lays out roles, responsibilities, areas that can lead to conflict and perhaps a checklist that can guide them early.The other area is to have a well defined process for management of estate assets (cash in particular) at the outset.
I used this law firm for selling an purchase of investment properties and the service provided by Tim and Carol is exceptional! Tim is very knowledgeable in real estate including tenancy act. Which is very helpful when doing this transactions. I highly recommend this lawyer firm! Thanks
