Professional, efficient, and really kind lawyer, my realtor recommended them for my first home purchases, paid below what I was expecting (around 1800 CAD total) for the full professional services, status review, title insurance, title search, etc. All communication was clear, concise, and AI was kind to explain everything step by step with me in his office for closing. I express the need to move in faster; and without asking, AI offers to email the seller ASAP to help me close the property sooner. Although the seller doesn't want to close faster, the fact that AI got to emailing right away made me feel like he got my best interest in mind, a true advocate fr, I would recommend them to any friends in the GTA buying their first home.
