I was referred to this law firm because of the wonderful experiences that my realtor told me about his recent clients' transactions. Unfortunately, I had quite the opposite experience.I am an insurance broker and customer service is at the forefront of my attention. Until the last 10% of the transaction, customer service is non-existent at Griffiths Professional Corp. The clerks that are in office have no understanding of customer service. They are rude, and unwilling to go out of their way for you.When my home closing transaction actually started , it was like pulling teeth out. Whenever something was delayed, my clerk would pass the responsibility off to my mortgage broker or realtor. Whenever there was an internal mistake, my clerk would blame others in her office.Going into the office was just as bad as my phone call experience with Maria. I was greeted a clerk, not looking me in the face, continuing to type on her computer, nonchalantly asking for my id to photocopy... just so drab. We waited several minutes watching her type away until she finally asked us to fill in a hand-written document (something she could have definitely asked us to do while her mind was elsewhere)The only good part were the lively lawyers at the firm. Johnathan Griffith was my assigned lawyer and he was pleasant to deal with. Obviously the lawyers are happy all the time, but poor workers.My mortgage broker was let down by Griffiths, my realtor will no longer be referring anyone to this place, and I surely wont ever be using their services in the future.2 star only because they got the job done.
