Brandon came recommended to me by a friend, and I engaged his services to finalize the sale of a property in Kirkland Lake. Initially, everything proceeded smoothly until the buyer, who also happened to be a realtor representing me in the transaction, unexpectedly decided against closing despite all conditions being met. To further complicate matters, my property manager had introduced me to this buyer. Being based in the UAE, I am not physically present in Canada, adding another layer of complexity.It became evident that the buyer was not fully committed to closing the deal. Despite these challenges, Brandon diligently navigated the process with us, ensuring that all necessary procedures were completed. However, just a day before the scheduled closing, we were informed by the property manager and the buyer that the locks had been changed, and there were squatters occupying the property (the property manager had indeed changed the lock). Fortunately, we were able to rectify the situation swiftly, reinstalling the lock and confirming the absence of squatters.Against the odds, Brandon successfully concluded the deal, a feat I initially found hard to believe possible. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brandon exhibited exceptional professionalism and maintained clear communication, offering invaluable assistance every step of the way. I am immensely grateful for his dedication and expertise. Without hesitation, I will continue to enlist his services in the future and enthusiastically recommend him to others.
