Jim’s oversight and incompetence caused me an approximate loss of $200,000. After the fact, he denied any responsibility and refused any help. I have filed a complaint to the Law Society of Ontario and am in the process pursuing legal action against him. As a result, the Society has decided to offer Mr. Zhang Regulatory Guidance regarding issues such as failure to provide adequate service, acting without instructions, and prioritizing the interests of other parties
