I bought a pre-construction condo and Vikas and Debbie has been there to take care of everything from start to finish. More importantly they never rush anything and takes the time to explain and share the knowledge about the laws behind owning a place. I would like to give Debbie a special recognition as she was kind and pro-active in taking action when the bank delayed the funds to my closing. Highly highly recommend as i will not be going to anyone else for my future home purchases.
