Lawyers should listen to what clients need and their unique situations and make recommendations. Our previous lawyer was not fit enough to do that. Rohit’s father Rajinder was kind enough to walk us through the documents. Rohit then walked us through the type of POA we would need and explained us the risks and benefits of each and also had the document ready for us in an hour. I would highly recommend Mr. Rohit Singh. He was referred by our agent to assist us in completing our papers and documents for our first home. I would say he is an excellent, well organized and professional lawyer as he helped us even on weekends just to make sure that there will be a smooth transaction before the deadline. My experience with Rohit was very pleasant and lovely. He was very welcoming, professional and guided us on what we needed to do in terms of closing.
