STOP RIGHT NOW! I urge you to stop and find another lawyer to assist with your requirements. I hired Riboldi Law (2020) to assist with a service that was clearly stated on their website as a core competency. I soon realized that this was their “first rodeo” and the process quickly turned into a nightmare. From Sara showing up late to meetings completely unprepared to me having to provide legal samples that I found online in order to move the project along. The nail in the coffin was the contract that Riboldi Law created clearly did not state who was responsible for VAT on the purchase of a foreign property and we were forced to pay an additional €45,000 or else we would have lost our deposit. When confronting Sara, she quickly got her back up and deflected the blame towards other parties and offered no resolution path or discounts on her expensive hourly rates. Once the nightmare was over, and we closed on the property, we took legal action against Riboldi Law. In typical fashion, our attempts to find a resolution were ignored by Sara.If I could provide a negative 5 star review, I would. The fact that I am writing this review 4 year later proves that by hiring Riboldi Law, I have been scarred for life and I want the public to know the horrible experience that I had with this firm.
I do not recommend this lawyer at all. I repeat, I do not recommend her. We ran into so many issues with her and her office. For example, she charged extra to get expedited service and then provided us with slow service! When confronted with this she kept coming up with excuses and more excuses. She never apologized for not meeting the deadline she herself said she would meet by paying extra nor she offered to refund us for the additional money we had paid her and instead wanted to charge us extra again! She started blaming others and never took responsibility even though I later learned from a very trusted source that it was completely her fault just like it was obvious from the interactions. Horrible experience. CUSTOMER BEWARE.
