I've been having a big issue with this firm, I had a big debt for a lot of personal reasons I couldnt pay until now (I have this debt since 2019 I had to leave the country cause of the pandemic, no job, and still when I just arrived I been doing everything to pay it, so I hope the answer in the comments is not -pay your debt- cause that’s what I’m trying to do), first of all they have been "passing me" from person to person, every time I think something got solved next time I have to talk to another person explain again and nothing happens, it's like starting all over again, Acolesint to NCRI I had 2 debts that were transferred to this firm,I call them first (NCRI) and they send the to them (Solomon Jones) , I have Record of 2 debts and I just wanna pay them but they insist it's just one , I tried to explain them but they just keep sending me To another person , it would be ok if at least they already remove me from collection, but they haven't, there was a problem with my names that according to them was already fix (or that's what the second and third person told me, cause the forth one told me to resend my name AGAIN) the other day they send me with a "lady" that I didn't receive clearly a name but they told me she's in "financez" she was RUDE (if I’m not wrong her name is Krisha, at least that’s what the emails says) and when I told her she was rude, she told me "I'm not rude but l've told you this already 3 times you just gave one account" and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I told her I could send her proof that NCRI says u have 2 debts (or 2 files whatever) b ur she hung up on me..the other issue is that the first release letter they sent me didn’t had the correct amount of payment… DUDES! I only wanna pay you guys and I wanna leave this collection agency…I wanna stop “being a problem” but you haven't been able to send me a release document because apparently "Solomon and Jones" are never there to sign of stuff or at least that was this rude lady said, l've been sending emails and calls but now I'm not being answered, like I said in my last message, do I need a lawyer to fix this? What else you need me to do? A scandal on social media? A month already pass and I haven't been removed from collection, and aside that even if "the system" is the problem that's why I supposed to get a release letter that is taking ages!! The payment is done so what else do you need ?!

Now that actual legislation has been passed by the Ontario government. I will be going ahead and pursuing criminal harassment charges against Solomon Jones LLP and all relevant individuals of Solomon Jones LLP. As far as I'm concerned I win
This paralegal (not even a lawyer) is just a tool used by fraudulent businesses that scam customersTheir "client" is well known scam artist that go to homes of unsuspecting victims and take liens on their homes when installing a simple appliance. It's a very well documented scam that's been going on for years. Then they send Solomon Jones to sue the victims of the scam.You can see in the reviews below how they bully the victims with lawsuits into paying the fraudulent charges. They also threatened the local newspaper not to publish an article about their fraudulent customers.The fraudulent business is a numbered corporation that keeps changing the operating name once their old name becomes recognized by the public for the scam - like "Ontario Green Savings". They visited our house once and I kicked them out at the door. They use "Ontario" in their name and carry id badge with official Ontario colours with the trillium emblem to give the illusion they work with the government.Stay away from this firm and their clients at all costs.PS. Don't play the bullying tactic on me Michael, there is nothing to pay. I don't easily fall for the scams of your "clients"
This is a fraudster legal setup who are in cahoots with infamous scamming companies such as Ontario Green Savings and Canadian Home Improvement Credit Company (CHICC) who engage in door to door HVAC scams. They must be ashamed of serving as their lowlife paralegals. You people have no soul and should be behind bars.
It's so funny that they think sending a threatening email saying they will seize house, vehicle, bank account etc to recover a $2000 debt. Get bent. This isn't legal. Good luck
I received a phone call from this firm. Unfortunately I did not have the time to answer when they called, so they left a voicemail. They addressed me by my first name, asking me to call back as soon as I could for a “litigation matter”.I called back the next day as I was unaware of anything of the sort. I spoke to the person who left a message who asked for my first and last name, as well as my phone number. I asked them why they needed me to repeat this information, as they were the ones who called me in the first place.Turns out, I don’t have an account with them. Through reading these reviews, I went to double check the legitimacy of Micheal Solomon through Law Society of Ontario and came to find out that there is no such lawyer and no such name or firm registered with the database.I feel like this firm is a scam, as stated in many of the reviews here, considering their lack of legitimacy and the crude, threatening and disrespectful replies their social media team posts on these reviews.
