Spadafora and Murphy represent Adi development and they sold a locker to us that is own by another owner. Beware of this law firm.They do not resolve when they make mistakes. They try to intimidate purchasers to sign a settlements. Unprofessional and disgrace to bar association and we have proof how they falsely sold the locker. We have transfer deed but we do not own the locker now and we lost money as they falsely represented this locker. We are in trouble for trusting them as they are licensed in Canada. I would rate them zero stars if it’s possible. If you are honest law firm, try to resolve with fairly with integrity.
