I had Tim Lockhart from Tannahill, Lockhart & Clark representing me in a case where my mother’s will was not being upheld. On occasions Tim was able to see with his legal eyes what I could not see and in so doing was able to bring my case to a resolution that was beneficial to me. Our family used this firm to probate my grandmother's will and obtain the Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee. Tim Lockhart was very responsive, answered all of my questions professionally and effectively even before we hired him, and provided some advice on cross-border matters. Other firms advertised somewhat lower price points, but we selected Tim since we had many questions about the process, wanted a higher level of service, and more assurance that everything would go smoothly. (And it did!)
AMAZING FIRM! Was referred to the firm by my parents who worked with Terry in the past. My bank was delayed getting instructions to the firm but that didn't stop nor slow down Sonja who was an outright professional making sure we got it across the finish line in record time.
