The lawyer is rude, felt like eating a dead bug when was communicating with her. Hope everyone be careful when choosing her.

TERRIBLE PLACE! When I called the lady to inquire about services on behalf of my father she was very rude, she rushed me off of the phone and she hung up on me. This was Victoria herself that picked up the phone and you could barely even understand what she was saying since she had a very strong accent and she didn’t allow me to even explain my situation. Very bad customer service and attitude. I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself the trouble and your money.
This past year Victoria Xu law helped me with the sale of my home and everything went perfect at a fair price. I also recently had Victoria help me with our new home purchase and again everything was perfect. Either Victoria or Philip pick up the phone and respond to emails very efficiently. I really appreciate their work because they even help 2 months after my close because the individual who we bought our home from were evading paying their outstanding property tax and Victoria Xu Law team hounded the seller until they paid up. What else can you ask for a law firm that has your back and fees are reasonable.
Ms. Victoria Xu is the most efficient and most helpful lawyer I have ever met.Family matters:She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced in family law matters.I have been haunted in my family litigation for 3 years. I met at least 3 other lawyers before her. She is the one that can provide me with efficient services, reasonable price, and very helpful legal advices, so that to reach a final resolution.She is also well trained in the mediation 393 located in the first floor of the courthouse in downtown. Not all lawyers have a experience with the court’s mediation system! With this experience, she is able to help you in the best way to solve your problems, save your time and bulk amount of money.In addition, she is busy, because many clients satisfy with her services and refer more and more clients to her. But, she can provide more available hours if your case is urgent. Not all lawyers can.Real estate:She is fast and efficient when I was buying a house. She could help make my transaction stress-free.Mr. Hu is her assistant. He is really nice and kind. He helped me a lot when I need urgent appointment with Victoria.Victoria Xu Law Office would be your best choice, if you need help for family matters and real estate process.
Excellent service and reasonable price! We used Victoria recently for the transaction to sell our previous home. We like the service they provided to us. Victoria always picked up the phone and get back to us quickly. We have some problems with the bank to send out the payout statement on time so the transaction was completed late in the day. We expressed our concerns that we want to get the funds on the same day. Victoria sent her assistant to the bank right away and deposited the funds to our bank account right before 5 pm, saved us the interest charge for that day. We had used Victoria for several years and we are happy with her service all the time. We have been referring her to our friends as well and I don't think anyone in GTA can beat her price.
