We have been using Vig Law for various Real Estate and Will services for the past 11 years. We most recently engaged with the team for a highly coordinated act of selling of our existing home and purchase of a new construction home, with both closing within 24 hours of each other.The team of Greg/Suba/Ishita were extremely mindful of our situation, they handled every aspect of it with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. We were engaged with the team over a period of 2 months, and at no point did we feel that our closing was at risk. We were kept up to date by the day. They made sure no detail was missed. They seamlessly coordinated everything with multiple banks, and multiple seller/buyer lawyers for both transactions.We closed the sale of our home very efficiently. We also closed on the new construction home very efficiently. They pushed very hard to make sure we got the keys in the early afternoon, which allowed our movers to complete delivery on the same day.We have completed 8+ transactions with Vig Law. Our family and friends have also started utilizing Vig Law for various services. I have nothing but praise for the team led by Amit. They have a highly competent team, with a human touch who genuinely care about you. I would highly recommend Vig Law without any hesitation.

We had an excellent experience with Vig Law's office. As first-time homebuyers, Amit and his team expertly guided us through the necessary steps and promptly replied to all our queries. Our closing went smoothly, and we highly recommend their services.
Worst experience ever! I don't recommend their service to anyone! We had a very tough time with them at the time of closing of our house.There were too many last minute surprises and fee hikes. Their process is very messed up and not transparent at all. Their is no prior communication that the fee may go up and in what circumstances.We had to pay significantly higher fee then what was quoted since the mortgage instructions from the bank were received later than expected. The fee hike was never mentioned during our multiple calls with them, in fact it was casually communicated to us at the time of signing the papers, we were basically told "if you are not happy with our fee you're welcome to go to another lawyer".Added later - We later got the bank involved and from that point they completely retracted from their statement that there was any delay from the bank’s side. They then came up with a new statement that ‘there was no delay on the bank’s side but they received the file late’ That does that make any sense to me watsoever!
Vig Law did our closing of our house sale on October 31st, 2023. I must say that we did have 3 closings before this one and was pleasantly surprised to know all was confirmed by 10am. I will highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
