Founded in 2013 in Toronto, Wires Law is a business law firm delivering legal services to entrepreneurs and small and medium sized business across Canada. Unlike law firms who only bill by the hour, the firm provide fixed fee services for most client matters. We are also the home of Launch[x] a fixed fee legal services program for launching and maintaining your startup or growth company. Wires Law acts as counsel to software companies, app developers, e-commerce retailers, consulting firms, digital media companies and hi-tech startups. Our clients and their executives answer to boards of directors and shareholders, hire and fire employees, negotiate and sign contracts, invent new products, license technologies, raise capital and deal with a host of legal issues every day. We advise on and help clients reduce legal risks in their daily decision making processes and in the agreements they enter.
